Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records across banking, accounting software, and databases.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and other daily finance activities.
- Prepare and present financial reports; manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and external service providers.
- Lead financial planning and KPI tracking to guide organizational performance.
- Manage HR-related processes, including employee benefits, payroll coordination, and 401(k) plan administration.
- Oversee office operations, administrative workflows, and vendor/partner relationships.
- Provide support with research, reporting, and analysis to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by taking initiative and demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar operational role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial management and accounting practices.
- Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in HR administration, including benefits and retirement plan management, strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership, staff, and external partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM/AMS systems and data-driven reporting tools a plus.
