What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a variety of architectural projects, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and smooth execution. You’ll manage teams, coordinate consultants, and serve as the primary liaison with clients from kickoff through construction.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of architectural experience across all phases.
• Strong Revit skills and project management expertise.
• Experience across a wide array of project types is a plus.
• A collaborative, self-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Hybrid or in-office role is preferred, remote work is supported.
  
  

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of projects across all phases.
• Coordinate with consultants and monitor drawing progress.
• Implement and improve design and production processes.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff (3–5 team members depending on experience).
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction, budget alignment, and timely delivery.
• Manage project communications, documentation, and team assignments.
• Estimate scope, fees, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Present technical and design solutions directly to clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership.
