We are a design build contractor that is looking to bring on a project manager to our team. We are looking for someone with experience overseeing design build projects. 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in design-build projects and a strong background in commercial construction. This role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design and construction meet project specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and commercial construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
