We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Healthcare Sales Professional to lead new business development efforts within an assigned market. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new healthcare linen and scrub rental opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and non-acute healthcare settings.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Prospect, qualify, and close new healthcare linen and scrub rental opportunities
• Drive the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery through negotiation and close
• Build strategic relationships with executive leaders and operational stakeholders
• Develop account growth strategies for both new and existing customers
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to execute strategic market growth initiatives
• Represent NOVO professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage opportunities with strong operational discipline
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of successful healthcare sales experience
• Proven track record as a hunter closing complex, service-based contracts
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling experience
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in competitive markets and open resistant doors
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
