OR Technician
Job Summary
DuBois Health Care is hiring an OR Technician to support our production team by inspecting, folding, and preparing operating room linens and packs. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role in a production environment that directly supports patient care.
Shift Details
Full‑time position
Scheduled Shifts (Monday-Friday 6am-230pm)
Overtime may be required based on operational needs
What You’ll Do
Inspect linens using a light table to ensure quality standards are met
Fold approved items and properly discard failed items
Transport finished linen bundles to conveyors
Prepare OR and hospital packs as needed
Inspect and fold gowns, sheets, laps, and specialty items
Follow all safety, quality, and hygiene requirements (hairnet required in OR areas)
What We’re Looking For
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand most of the shift and perform repetitive hand motions
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
