The Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our healthcare clients. In this role, you will own key accounts, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow the business.
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that works cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure client success.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and business reviews
- Monitor and manage linen utilization, inventory levels, and service performance
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services within existing accounts
- Analyze data and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead client education initiatives to drive cost savings and best practices
- Partner with plant leadership to resolve issues and improve service delivery
What You Bring
- Experience in account management, client relations, or operations (healthcare or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
