Overview:
Focal Tech, a leading provider of Information Technology software and services, has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. Position Details:
- Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple departments.
- Field phone calls from customers.
- Enter tickets into the company’s CRM software.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Gather and coordinate signatures as needed for current/new vendor authorizations for processing and set up.
- Follow up with delinquent customers for payment.
- Perform reconciliation of various company credit cards.
- Manage shipping and receiving of packages.
- Create purchase orders for customer hardware.
- Maintain and track on-site hardware inventory.
- Maintain kitchenette inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies.
- Process Accounts Receivable
- Process Purchase Orders
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- General administrative experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- Prior Accounting software experience a plus but not required.
