We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage back-office operations where needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
  • Support bookkeeping activities using Excel, QuickBooks or similar accounting tools, including invoicing and updating inventory as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
  • Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence efficiently

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Google Workspace applications)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to maximize productivity
  • Demonstrated experience in office organization and general administrative support
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Knowledge of office equipment operation such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers
