We’re currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Central PA, Centre County office (State College).
Hours: 24 hrs./week, three (3) days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Flexible.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and route incoming phone calls;
· Maintain lobby appearance, and greet guests;
· Open/deliver inbound mail, and process outbound (FedEx/USPS) mailings;
· Type, scan and bind documents as needed and provide admin support for Project Managers;
· Maintain vendor files;
· Run errands as needed
· Maintain stock of office/kitchen supplies and replenish as necessary;
· Track copier and mileage logs, as well as business transactions;
· Balance the check book and petty cash.
· Help Home office with the planning and execution of annual events including client holiday cards;
· Plan and execute office events, coordinate community fundraisers;
· Reserve and prepare conference room for meetings;
· Take care of vehicle maintenance;
· Take care of copier/printer maintenance/reporting;
Requirements:
· Prior related administrative experience, preferred
· Ability to plan & prioritize work assignments
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & Bluebeam Revue
· Ability to maintain a high attention to detail and follow multi-step processes & instructions
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
