Position Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Exchange administration to support and maintain a hybrid messaging environment consisting of on-premises Exchange Server and Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant email services while supporting enterprise messaging operations, migrations, and modernization initiatives

Key Responsibiliti

• esAdminister, maintain, and support hybrid Microsoft Exchange environments, including Exchange Server and Exchange Onlin
• e.Manage mailbox migrations, mail flow configurations, and hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environment
• s.Configure and maintain transport rules, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, retention policies, and email security control
• s.Monitor messaging infrastructure performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents and service disruption
• s.Implement and manage anti-spam, anti-malware, and advanced threat protection solutions using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and related technologie
• s.Provision and manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mailbox permission
• s.Support identity synchronization and directory services integrations utilizing Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connec
• t.Perform eDiscovery activities, legal hold administration, and compliance-related investigation
• s.Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagram
