This role focuses on providing individualized academic advising, maintaining strong parent communication, and guiding students through academic planning within the U.S. education system.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic advising to students in Mandarin, Korean, and English, based on student and parent needs
- Support students with course selection, academic planning, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Conduct consultations with parents and families; communicate academic progress, concerns, and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, program coordinators, and administrative staff to support student success
- Introduce Novel Prep’s academic programs and educational products in alignment with students’ academic goals and needs
- Recommend and guide families toward appropriate Novel Prep services, clearly explaining program value, structure, and expected outcomes
- Support enrollment decisions by responding to program-related inquiries and coordinating with internal admissions or operations teams
- Maintain accurate advising records, student reports, and individualized academic plans
- Provide guidance on college preparation, enrichment opportunities, and academic pathways, as applicable
- Professional fluency in Mandarin, Korean, and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Linguistics, International Studies, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural students and families
- Experience in academic advising, counseling, education services, or student support (K–12 or higher education)
- Ability to manage multiple student cases while maintaining attention to detail and documentation accuracy
