So, what would you actually be walking into?

You’ll take ownership of structural steel projects from contract award through fabrication, erection and final completion.

That means you’re not sitting behind a desk simply updating schedules.

You’ll be:

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and contracts

• Building project and fabrication schedules

• Managing RFIs, submittals and change orders

• Coordinating with GCs, erectors and the fabrication shop

• Visiting local jobsites and solving problems in the field

• Managing budgets, forecasts and project billings

• Ultimately owning your projects from start to finish

And the projects?

Think hospitals, medical facilities, offices and major commercial construction.

Who are they looking for?

• Someone with roughly 3–10 years of construction or engineering experience, ideally within structural steel fabrication or structural construction.
• You’ll need to understand drawings, specifications and contract documents — and be comfortable getting out to local jobsites when the project requires it.
• Structural steel experience is important here.
