This is a hands-on leadership position focused on operational excellence, throughput, efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead production teams within a complex fabrication environment while helping improve processes and day-to-day execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all work performed across assigned production areas and departments.
- Plan labor and workloads to support efficient execution of the production schedule.
- Work closely with Production Scheduling to understand requirements and identify operational gaps.
- Drive operational excellence through 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure teams operate in line with fabrication plans while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Coach and manage area leads and production teams, supporting performance and development.
- Support a strong safety culture by addressing unsafe behaviors and ensuring EHS policies and guidelines are followed.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years of experience within bridge fabrication, structural steel fabrication, or a comparable complex/heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and their practical application.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Well-organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
