The role:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects with varying budgets
- Projects across a range of commercial sectors
- Take ownership across the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
- Significant client and stakeholder interaction
- Manage one complex project or multiple projects (workload dependant)
- Minimal travel and strong work-life balance

Looking for:
- 5 years' Construction PM experience
- Previous Assistant PM experience
- Strong commercial construction background
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and reliable approach
