Project Manager – Structural Steel Erection
📍 Location - Murfreesboro, TN
💰 Compensation - $95,000–$130,000 (depending on experience)

🚀What You'll Be Doing
- Manage structural steel erection projects from start to finish
- Plan labour, equipment, materials, and project resources
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Coordinate clients, fabricators, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Handle RFIs, RFQs, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure quality, safety, and successful project delivery
✅ What We're Looking For
- MUST HAVE...
- 10 years' experience in structural steel erection management
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project delivery
- Experience managing commercial and/or industrial steel projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Smartsheet experience is beneficial)
