Our client is an AISC-accredited fabrication company focusing on structural steel projects. Prioritizing quality safety and innovation striving to provide outstanding outcomes to their clientele. Presently they're in search of a skilled and driven Structural Steel Project Manager to become a part of the team.
Responsibilities:
•Develop comprehensive project plans| including scope| budget| and schedule.
•Monitor project budgets and control expenses.
•Review and negotiate contracts with clients| suppliers| and subcontractors.
•Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
•Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
Requirements:
•Proficient in project management software. (Knowledge of Tekla EPM is a plus).
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in structural steel construction project management.
•General understanding of AISC| OSHA| and AWS codes.
