Job Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Location: Lima, OH
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 starting salary 5% bonus opportunity
Day to Day
we are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee production activities across Galvanizing, Fabrication, and Welding while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising Galvanizing, Fabrication, and Welding departments
- Leading teams to meet quality and production goals
- Addressing production challenges and escalating issues as needed
- Monitoring productivity and completing performance evaluations
- Coaching, mentoring, and applying disciplinary action when required
- Completing inspections and required paperwork
- Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Acting as a key communication link between employees and management
Shift: Full-Time | 3rd Shift (8:00pm – 6:30am)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety and quality procedures
- Ability to solve complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment (hot/cold/noisy/dirty conditions)
- Ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Computer literacy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
