🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer delivery schedules and maintain consistent communication
• Coordinate shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams
• Review drawings and project documents to confirm delivery requirements
• Track project progress, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records
• Resolve delivery issues, RFIs, and changes impacting timelines or cost
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of project coordination or construction project management experience
• Able to read structural or architectural drawings (Bluebeam experience preferred)
• Knowledge of joists, decking, and structural steel standards
• Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with customers, vendors, and logistics teams
