⚡ Electrical Journeyman – Industrial Facilities

We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Journeyman to support the operation and maintenance of a large, rapidly expanding industrial manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on position working with complex electrical infrastructure rather than residential or light commercial systems.

The role will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment

• Preventative and corrective maintenance across the facility

• Working with low- and medium-voltage distribution systems

• Maintaining switchgear, transformers, MCCs, motors and VFDs

• Reading one-line diagrams, schematics and technical drawings

• Supporting electrical installations, upgrades and commissioning

• Completing safe isolations, LOTO and electrical testing

• Responding to equipment faults and helping minimize downtime

We are looking for:

• Journeyman-level electrical experience

• A recognized electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical training

• Strong industrial, manufacturing, mining, utilities or mission-critical facilities experience

• Experience troubleshooting three-phase electrical systems

• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC and electrical safety procedures

• The ability to work independently in an active operating facility

• Medium-voltage experience would be highly advantageous
