Novato Unified School District is excited to find a Dual Language Immersion Teacher for a vacancy at Lynwood Elementary School and San Jose Middle School. Elementary placements require a multiple subject credential with the BILA/BCLAD or equivalent. Middle School placement can be flexible, preferred credentials: Science, Math, English, Social Studies with the BILA/BCLAD or equivalent. Single Subject Spanish also acceptable. Placement will be determined based on credentials held. This position does require an authorization to teach English Learners. Novato is a suburb located in north Marin County, with a population of approximately 53,000. We are a close-knit community, with a number of our population being lifelong citizens.
