What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform routine pool maintenance (cleaning, brushing, vacuuming)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain accurate service logs
- Update the Skimmer app after every pool visit to ensure accurate end-of-month invoicing
- Work independently while staying on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Must own and be able to operate a smartphone (we use apps for service updates and equipment management)
- Pool experience is a plus (but willing to train the right person!)
