Novaris are currently partnered with an established & forward-looking Ophthalmology group, active in the search for a Regional Operations Manager for their portfolio of practices.
Our client is looking for a leader that excels in driving operational efficiency, consolidating impactful relationships with doctors and standardizing a strong culture throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support 7–12 Ophthalmic practices, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable growth
- Maintain full P&L ownership, with responsibility for financial performance and strategic planning
- Champion a patient‑centric approach, elevating satisfaction and improving NPS outcomes
- Mentor, develop, and empower staff to foster a high‑performing team culture
Requirements:
- Multi-site experience in healthcare, Ophthalmology strongly preferred
- Ability for 60% travel
