Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and meet production goals and timelines. Implement strategies for productivity and efficiency.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry standards and oversee audits and inspections.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor teams to foster continuous improvement and safety. Conduct performance reviews and offer training.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Manage annual budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory to ensure smooth production. Collaborate with procurement for timely material delivery.
- Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques. Drive innovation by evaluating workflows and identifying improvements.
- Reporting & Communication: Report on KPIs and provide updates to senior management about plant performance and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10-15 years in manufacturing operations, with 5-10 years in a senior management role in personal care manufacturing.
