Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead one of their flagship ABA centers. This role combines clinical and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of care and full regulatory compliance. You’ll also oversee day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, compliance, and administrative management, while driving efficiency and excellence across the center.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical and operational functions for the ABA center, ensuring quality care and compliance with all regulations
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, financial oversight, and administrative processes
- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management) and implement improvements
- Collaborate with the executive team to determine strategic growth opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance service delivery
- Ensure staff adherence to clinical best practices and operational standards
- Drive performance metrics and reporting for both clinical and operational outcomes
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- 5–10 years of experience in clinical and operational management within ABA or behavioral health settings
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational compliance
- Analytical mindset with a track record of improving processes and outcomes
