About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you're the engine behind the scenes — receiving shipments, replenishing shelves, and keeping inventory accurate and organized. Everything customers find on our floor is there because of you.
What You'll Do as a Stock Associate
Stocking & Merchandising
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and displays quickly and accurately, keeping products labeled, priced, and faced.
- Support resets, seasonal changeovers, and promotional displays.
Inventory & Backroom Organization
- Keep the backroom clean, safe, and impressively organized.
- Perform inventory counts and flag discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and box cutters.
Teamwork & Customer Support
- Partner with supervisors and teammates to crush daily stocking goals.
- Help customers locate products on the sales floor.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
