About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and efficient. You'll manage front desk operations, assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, coordinate with internal teams, and help create a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do
Front Desk & Guest Services
- Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about services, amenities, and policies.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle reservations, appointment scheduling, and guest records as needed.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
Reception & Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate guest information and update records in company systems.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with other departments to support guest needs.
