Description
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3‑OR center
- Work Closely With Physician Offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery
- Support Front Desk Operations — check‑ins, phones, mail, data entry, and more
- Guide Patients Through Insurance questions with confidence and clarity
- Keep our workflow smooth, efficient, and patient‑friendly
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus
- Fast, accurate data entry and strong communication skills
- Calm, friendly, and service‑oriented — even on busy days
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
- You’ll be a key member of our Business Office Team
- You’ll play a meaningful role in each patient’s surgical journey
