We are seeking an experienced Fractional Total Rewards Leader to partner with clients on compensation, benefits, rewards strategy, and workforce planning initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior HR leader who can provide executive-level guidance while also supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable total rewards programs.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on compensation and total rewards matters
- Design, evaluate, and optimize compensation structures, salary bands, and pay philosophies
- Conduct market benchmarking, competitive analysis, and pay equity assessments
- Support annual compensation planning, merit cycles, incentive programs, and bonus structures
- Evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs, wellness offerings, and rewards strategies
- Advise on executive compensation, retention programs, and workforce planning initiatives
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to align rewards strategies with business objectives
- Develop compensation policies, governance frameworks, and reporting metrics
- Support M&A, organizational design, job architecture, and talent strategy projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required
- 10 years of progressive compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR leadership experience
- Experience leading compensation and benefits programs in complex or multi-state organizations
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, pay practices, incentive design, and benefits administration
- Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level discussions preferred
- CCP, GRP, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, or related certifications preferred
- Strategic and commercially minded leader
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to translate complex compensation concepts into practical business recommendations
- Executive presence and consultative communication style
- Comfortable operating in growth-oriented, transformation, or private-equity-backed environments
