Essential Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Execution
- Coordinate and manage Digital PMO processes across the Digital Technology portfolio
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery standards, and management disciplines
- Drive consistency in project reporting, portfolio reviews, and executive decision-making processes
- Monitor initiative progress, milestones, dependencies, and delivery performance
- Identify execution risks, resource constraints, and delivery challenges early and facilitate resolution
- Partner with leadership to support portfolio prioritization and investment decision-making
- Facilitate portfolio planning activities, roadmap reviews, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Support annual planning, strategic initiatives, and portfolio optimization efforts
- Support Digital Technology budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor portfolio expenditures, vendor spending, and budget performance
- Assist in development of financial reporting, investment tracking, and cost management processes
- Partner with Finance and leadership to improve transparency around technology investments
- Support vendor management, including contract coordination, renewals, and performance
- Develop executive-level reporting and portfolio dashboards
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, status, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and ROI
- Prepare leadership presentations, board materials, and strategic updates
- Coordinate recurring executive communications, including Executive Leadership Team updates, portfolio reviews, PMO communications, newsletters, and critical initiative updates
- Provide guidance and support to Technical Product Managers and project teams
- Promote effective stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management processes, reporting, and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Reports directly to the Vice President, Digital Technology
- Works closely with Digital leadership, Product Managers, Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Opportunity to influence enterprise technology investment decisions and strategic priorities
- Exposure to leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise technology strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, Digital Transformation, and / or Technology Operations
- Experience managing enterprise project portfolios and governance processes required
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting and strategic planning activities required
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and financial controls within a technology organization preferred
- Experience supporting digital product, technology, or transformation initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles
- Knowledge of digital product delivery, technology operations, and enterprise technology
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and financial governance
- Familiarity with Agile, PMI, hybrid delivery frameworks, and portfolio management methodologies
- Knowledge of technology governance, resource planning, and organizational change initiatives
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
