Role: Junior Data Analyst
Visa Accepted: CPT, OPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD
Work Arrangement: Atlanta, Georgia – Onsite / Remote
Assignment Duration: 15 Months
Work Authorization Setup: US Default
Maximum Approved Bill Rate: $45/hour
Primary Duties:
- Extract and interpret large operational datasets using SQL and Python-based tools.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership teams using visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Monitor operational metrics and identify performance patterns related to airline services, maintenance workflows, and logistics operations.
- Improve existing reporting structures by streamlining manual processes and supporting automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and validate data outputs.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across business systems.
Desired Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on understanding of SQL querying, Microsoft Excel, and Python libraries including Pandas or NumPy.
- Exposure to BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies in datasets.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
