We offer recreational classes, competitive team programs, camps, parties, and special events. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our front office team!
Position Overview:
The Sales Associate serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current members. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our programs and services, managing class enrollments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about our programs, classes, pricing, and schedules.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective customers and answer inquiries.
- Enroll students in classes and manage account information using our membership management system.
- Process payments, sales transactions, and merchandise purchases.
- Actively promote current programs, special offers, and events to boost enrollment and participation.
- Assist with front office organization, administrative tasks, and light cleaning duties.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere within the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience, ideally in a sports, fitness, or youth activity environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling software.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
Schedule:
Typical hours are late afternoon and evenings Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, but must be flexible for morning and early afternoons when needed for special events.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience, plus potential commissions, bonuses, and employee discounts.
