No previous wireless experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed.
As a Wireless Service Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, provide information, and help them find wireless solutions that fit their needs. You’ll also develop valuable skills in customer service, communication, account support, and relationship building.
What You'll Do as a Wireless Service Associate:
- Assist customers with questions about wireless products and services
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Learn and explain wireless products, services, and account options
- Identify customer needs and provide helpful recommendations
- Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience
- Support the team with daily customer outreach and engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
