NOVA uses industry-leading tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and modern digital bid platforms.Position Overview:The Construction Project Manager will lead industrial and commercial interior buildout projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, design teams, and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-tracked, hands-on environment and wants to be closely involved in both office and field operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from contract execution through turnover, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.Lead weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and issue clear meeting minutes and action items.Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and pay applications.Work closely with superintendents to coordinate field activities, logistics, inspections, and safety.Track cost events and maintain up-to-date cost reports and contingency logs.Coordinate with estimators on buyout and subcontractor selection.Build strong relationships with owners, developers, tenants, and design teams to drive repeat work.Lead closeout efforts including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and final inspections.Qualifications:5 years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least 2–3 years in a project management capacity for a GC.Experience with industrial buildouts, warehouses, distribution centers, or large office TI is strongly preferred.Proficient in Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional client relationships.Strong written and verbal communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance options available.Car allowance.Phone allowance.Opportunity to lead marquee industrial TI projects with repeat developer clients.Work Authorization & Location:Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; NOVA is not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.This is an on-site, field-based position.
