NOTS Logistics is hiring an Order Picker – at our Lebanon, TN warehouse location. Order Pickers are responsible for assisting with parts fulfillment while inspecting merchandise and products to ensure correct and quality on all orders. All associates must be able to keep accurate inventory records and have excellent attention to detail. $20.00 hourly

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday – Friday,
Hours: 6:45am-2:45pm with OT and weekends as needed

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Communicate with coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.
- Follow all safety regulations and requirements.
- Come to work on time and prepare to work the assigned shift.
- Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
- Verify that all input numbers are correct, check bays and count boxes appropriately to ensure accuracy
- Actively fill orders by pulling orders and assisting loading personnel as deemed necessary by production demands, shipping schedules, staffing, etc.
- Check completed orders for accuracy and compliance with all SOPs for NOTS Logistics and customer
- Compliance with all HR and Safety policies at all times
- Compliance with warehouse housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times
- Items are small components.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours.
- Ability to lift 25lbs repetitively.
- Ability to read and/or interpret work instructions.
- RF Scanner experience a plus
