- Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies.
- Responsible for compliance with manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility.
- Must abide by all rules and regulations to protect Toyo’s asset.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Take an active part in material movement, receiving and storing product in mixing.
- Assists TNA by overusing movement and storage of rail and oil cars, as well as, maintain carbon and oil levels in the silos.
- Operate and control equipment. This may include Track Switches, Oil Cars, Rail Cars, Track mobile, etc.
- Refuel track mobile safely
- Maintain Carbon and oil at appropriate levels for the plant to operate
- Verify all carbon has completed appropriate lab testing before releasing into the silos.
- Communicate and coordinate with co-workers about rail moves and paperwork.
- Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies.
- Responsible for compliance with manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility.
Rail Operators
- Abide by all safety rules and procedures
- Follow all Work Instructions
- Complete Daily Inspection form of Track Mobile and alert supervisor if any defects are noted
Receiving / Material Handling
- Depending on daily assignment, take an active part in material movement, receiving and storing product in mixing and receiving warehouses.
- Assist NOTS Supervisors in ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment by completing daily checklists and reporting all damages or issues immediately.
- Unload and reload trucks; complete 7-point container inspections.
- Verify and inspect that all material being transported is secured.
