What are the responsibilities and job description for the Development Associate position at Norton Sound Health Corp?
Purpose of Position:
Provide program support services for the ILP staff to include data management and general office duties.
Uphold the organization’s vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization’s policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.
Essential Functions:
- Administrative tasks to support family service coordination in the NSHC-ILP such as data entry, scheduling, emailing, scanning, printing, mailing and getting signatures as required by federal regulations.
- Child charts – creation, maintenance, review, archiving
- Forms and packets (electronic and hard copy) – creation, maintenance, review
- Billing/payment systems records required for ILP charts
- ILP compliance tracking charts
- Perform vision, hearing and developmental screenings
- Perform duties in a manner that promotes health, safety and
HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Performance of other duties as mutually agreed upon

Working Conditions:
