This individual applies age appropriate skills in the delivery of service, monitors quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals, evaluates education and training needs of staff, promotes teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and contributes to the efficient operations of the department and applies age appropriateness skills in the delivery of service for patients aged neonate through geriatric.
