We have a non-profit in San Francisco, CA Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Accounting and Operations Team with a special project. This would be supporting Data Entry along with other customer service tasks.

- NOT near Bart so someone living in SF proper preferred
- Pay up to $28/hr
- Strong data entry
- 6 weeks in length
- Starts June 6th (could start sooner)

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial data across multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Review and validate financial information to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Analyze, reconcile, and report financial data using large, formula-driven Excel spreadsheets
- Communicate with external vendors regarding invoicing, payment processing, and submission requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounting support, financial operations, bookkeeping, or related roles
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
