Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is looking for a nurse to join our team! We are looking for an individual to fill a full-time Nursing position providing residential nursing oversight. In this role you will be responsible for providing training to agency staff in our 24-hour staffed locations. Responsibilities include; medication administration training and delegation, care coordination support, medication reconciliation, nursing care plan and MAR creation. This is an office-based position with predictable and flexible hours, make your own schedule. No evenings, nights, weekends or holidays! Our approach to treatment is holistic, within an integrative psychiatry model. Come work with an amazing team of nurses and for an agency that values its employees.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Current Vermont RN License
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Psychiatric and medical experience
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with mental health professionals
