Join the Collaborative Achievement Team at NCSS as a Behavior Interventionist! We're looking for dedicated individuals to provide essential 1:1 behavioral support and skill instruction to students in public schools across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Priority will be given to candidates who can help fill vacancies within the Grand Isle County public school system, while recognizing that staffing needs also exist within Franklin County.

Our ideal candidates are adaptable, dependable, and enthusiastic about offering social, emotional, and behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. This position comes with around 9 weeks of paid vacation which includes 3 – 4 weeks of vacation in the summer, 40 hours of personal time annually, a floating holiday, and an extensive benefits package.
