- Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for applicants and enrollees.
- Understanding of the Education sector, particularly in higher education or programs related to healthcare and sciences, is a plus.
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or admissions software is an advantage.
