Mental Health Counselor

Northwest Resources II, Inc. is a behavioral health organization serving residents of Thurston and Mason Counties in Washington State. NWRII programs and services include: Inpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Outpatient Mental Health Treatment, Psychiatric Medication Management, Intensive Case Management, Housing Case Management, Primary Medical Care.

Mental Health Counselor:

As a Mental Health Counselor at Northwest Resources II, Inc. you will have the opportunity to help start healing and strengthening our communities. With the use of compassion, creativity, and integrity alongside the skill sets you have learned in your master's level training, you will guide our clients through their struggles with mental illness and trauma toward experiencing healthier, more stable, productive lives.

Position Duties:

· Individual and Group therapy

· Mental Health Assessments and Intakes

· Treatment Planning

· Team Collaboration

· Continuing Education

· Timely & Accurate Record Keeping

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a master's degree in a human services or related field (with ability to attain an Agency Affiliated License within 30 days of hire)

· Preferred- Hold a current WA state License: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate license

· Co-occurring credentials and experience is highly desired (not required)

· 1 or more years of direct service and assessment of patients is strongly desired

Other Details:

· Full-time, part-time, per-diem, 1099 contract all considered

· Starting Pay scales:

- Hourly/W2 Rates- $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

- 1099 Contract Rates- $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

· Extensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO) and 401k plan - for full-time and part-time employees

· Clinical Supervision hours by LMHC toward licensure included

· NWRII is a preapproved site for the Washington Health Corp tuition reimbursement program
