Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
We are currently hiring one individual to cover all shifts for a fast-paced dispatch and customer service role. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while managing multiple computer tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate vehicle releases
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Provide professional customer service and assist customers with questions
- Enter vehicles into the system and process vehicle releases
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the database
- Communicate with property owners and customers via email
- Monitor and respond to dispatch requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all information is documented correctly in the system
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail when entering and releasing vehicles in the system
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Reliable and able to work all shifts as scheduled
