Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail‐oriented Dispatcher/Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast‐paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Available Schedules
Position 1:
- Tuesday–Saturday: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Position 2:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with updates, billing, and routing
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist drivers and monitor driver logs
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and drivers
- Support general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must pass E‐Verify, drug test, and background check
- Must be Bilingual
- Previous customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Resume and interview required
- This is a temp‐to‐hire opportunity
