Northwest Partners is looking for a Business Analyst (Healthcare IT) to support community health systems and modernization initiatives. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering sessions, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage and prioritize backlogs in Azure DevOps, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements while working closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and data modernization efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, healthcare IT, and tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and SQL, along with a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and DevOps Foundation certification.
What You Will Do
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions (JADs) with business and technical stakeholders
- Document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process models and perform gap analysis
- Serve as Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and prioritize product backlog in Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Support functional testing and validate deliverables against requirements
- Assist in healthcare system modernization efforts, including reporting and data initiatives
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Hands-on experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder discussions
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, preferably public health or maternal/child health programs
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience with SQL and understanding of relational databases
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and DevOps Foundation certification
