The Esports Coach will serve as the faculty advisor and coach to the ESports team, with all duties and responsibilities assigned to faculty sponsors.
In compliance with approved policies and procedures the Esports Coach shall be accountable for the following:
- The Esports Coach will be responsible for knowing and abiding by all NWF State College and NJCAAE policies and procedures and is expected to loyally support all policies, procedures and decisions/interpretations rendered by these agencies.
- The Esports Coach will provide leadership in the development of the Esports teams.
- The Esports Coach will be responsible for coaching, selection of students and players, scheduling of tournaments and practice, travel, and public relations as related to the position.
- The Esports Coach is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, being a positive role model for his/her players.
- Instructing athletes in how to perform their sport.
- Student/player recruitment.
- As a part of the college's risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required.
- Other appropriate duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred.

Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Up to 29 hours per week
