Job Summary
This professional individual will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for all programs at NCC. The Enrollment Specialist also must provide each student with administrative support throughout their admissions process.
Roles And Responsibilities
Advise prospective students regarding the process for enrollment in college coursesEducate prospective students regarding the details of their chosen program of study and the job outlook for their chosen career pathwayReach out to prospective students via phone, email, and textMeet and interview prospective studentsMeet department goals for booked appointments, interviews performed, and overall performanceMaking calls, recruiting prospective students from our prospect DirectoryAnswer prospective students’ questionsFacilitate the enrollment process for a student once interested in attending schoolOutgoing calls or emails daily, following up with potential students and continuing relationships with rehab counselors and agency case managersFollow up with students and refocus on progress through goal setting. Work closely with the staff, communicating student progress
Experience
Sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year)Cold-calling techniques preferred REQUIRED Administrative experience
