Our ideal candidate has 5 years of rough or finish carpentry experience. The ability to lead less experienced individuals would be preferred. Here are the minimum qualifications to be considered:
- Residential or commercial carpentry experience
- Strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in areas like Hayward, St. Croix Falls, and Bloomer
As an Experienced Carpenter - Framer, you take on a variety of tasks to ensure the successful completion of every project. Motivated to do the best job possible, you perform rough framing, finish carpentry, and door installations. You lead new crew members by example and produce work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
