We are now hiring experienced carpenters (with 3 years of experience) and motivated candidates for training into crew management (with 5 years of experience.)

Job Description:
There are a few requirements. You must have reliable transportation, a good work ethic, and a willingness to be a part of a team. You must be able to show up on-time, every-day, with minimal absences. You must be willing to work hard, and work outside in the elements throughout the year. You must also be able to:
- - Lift Up to 50 lbs.
- - Measure & Cut Lumber Accurately
- - Follow Instructions
- - Knowledge of Various Types of Lumber
- - Be proficient with various tools of the trade
Our ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of framing experience. Proficiency in reading and understanding blue prints is a plus.
We are currently looking for framers for our many jobs going on throughout the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin and other states as well. Weekday travel can sometimes be expected.
