Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is hiring full-time Experienced Finish Carpenters (Interior Trim Carpenters).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction
- Experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles
- Candidate must have a good work history
- Dependable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Motivated and reliable
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (this is a safety-sensitive position)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects
- Install the following:
- Cabinets
- Vanities
- Stair rails
- Base
- Casing
- Crown moulding
- Hardware
- Window trim
- Doors and door trim
- Other duties as assigned
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40-50 hours per week starting at the jobsite at 6am
- Monday-Friday, overtime as needed
PAY
- $26-$30/hr. (determined by experience)
